To my dear zoners,

Much gratitude for all the attention,kindness,and phellowship.You have helped my sweetie and I to weather many storms throughout 2004.I have my last shot 2-5-05 then I let the chips fall where they may!!!I know that my lifestyle has gotten better and I will continue to take care of myself and others.Here's a picture of my son and daughter.Good kids Kate Michelle is a med student and David is gonna go to Rutgers next year.Gonna take them to the Rutgers-Tenn womens basketball tonight in the Meadowlands Arena in N.J. and Gigi and I have the Sheraton booked for New Years for relaxation and a birthday party.I have to pace myself to do this phun stuff. So HAPPY NEW YEAR PEACE AND SERENITY TO ALL Rob

so how ya been feeling, now that you have been
slayin' the old Dragon ? I'm sure pretty good !!
Well, I go in to see the doc today, and hopefully
will start the treatment today - Shot #1 !!!
Hang on need to fill another bowl !!!

So how was it during the Tx treatment ??
Did you have alot of the side-effects of the Tx ?
I have been reading so much on the side-effects,
because some of the stuff i have picking up about
them; do scare me!!!
Oh well, I will just have to toke more !!!!!!

We're so glad you're doing well!! You've been a mentor and phriend to me thru all of this.
Think about it... After this week, you'll be counting them down on one hand! You'll be going into springtime feeling the juice leaving your body for good.

Everyones sides are different.This is DOABLE.
You know the drill plenty of water ,healty food,lite exercise.When I tried to be superman and do to many tasks little by little I broke down. The meds are powerful so is the dragon and they rage battle in your body mind and sprirt.Keep your support groups close.The zone is grate.Notice that people who finish TX are all getting better.I try not to get scarred of TX and project gloom and doom.The same as when I swim in the ocean. I watch out for myself(not scarred) but aware of what I can do or not do.

Happy New Years and New Beginnings to All....
Been feeling greatful and Happy, even shoveled
snow all afternoon yesterday non-stop, an Alaskan
thang. Got my still non-stop but healthy buffed
out body back, good outlooks, good serenity and
spiritualism, and happy to be over the very doable
but rough Tx.,and with a new lease on life. After
NYE with David Grisman Quintet, Probably snowshoe
out to my River Propety to cut tipi poles, maybe
bag a moose and enjoy the winter wonderland one
last winter. Hoping and praying that this new year
brings an easy bus ride for those starting Tx.,
SYR's for those finishing,and others like me, a new lease on life. May the Great Spirit bless all
this Phabulous Phamily. SEA YA ALL LATTER, Budley

Great positive words again from our mentors. We hope you all have a phine New Years. Here is to being free and clear of the Dragon. You will now join the ranks of Generals. You will be our leaders who have led the way.
And a Toast to all to hopefully slay this Dragon
permanently so we may live as They intended in harmony with the Universe.
A couple more weeks and I join the rank and file of the Pin Cushion Brigade. I have opted for bing the Cook. Since our Army is not led by the Bush Admiinstration I have no fear of the Mess Tent only the mess.

an answer was the Dragon Slayer....Of course I knew it and buzzed in quciker but alas I did not win! However, we will all win!
The worst is waiting for the Big Moment!
Happy New Year! I will toast to you all with my sparkling cider while watching the Grateful Dead Movie(Christmas Present) It has been a great Holiday Season with so many great gifts!!!

I think my start date is the 7th (Fri) at least that is what I believe right now.Here in Canada we have a medical system that is shiny and bright on the outside but fraught with pit holes on the inside. You know what they say about getting what you pay for.....The only thing is we ARE paying for it and our govt. here in BC just keeps bastardizing it. Well that felt good to vent that one out!

Yes waiting for the Big Moment is a drain ....I think maybe Bruce has had more than his share of that experience!!

Anyways I feel the count down has begun, not only too a New Year but a New Healthy Life. I keep telling that dragon, that it's not her biological clock tickin', that's the sound of her ass kickin' beginin'!

I will toast to all of you tomorrow night with wishes for a Happiest of New Years to all, and to all SVR!!!

I'm not lucky enough to go to N.H. that was J.R. going. Me and my sweetie will go to a nice Hotel Suite and a nice party the next after noon at the Hotel.
I hope every one has a splendid time for those away I will work tomorrow then go out after a good rest.Bring on 2005 a nice number 5+2=7 which is a great number for me. My birthday even adds up to 3 sevens and of course Mickey Mantle number 7,lucky sevens in dice fighting the 7 deadly sins.A double edgeed sword that number 7.
