In eight years with the Philadelphia Eagles, he finished with more sacks, 124, than games played, 121, the only player in NFL history to have done that.

#2 All time in sacks with 198

reggie was perhaps my favorite player of all time, big fan of the eagles back in the late 80's thanks to him (and buddy ryan puttin bounties on playas heads)

his nephew played football at the college I went to

reggie would show up at alot of the games and was always cool (even if he always had the entourage)

Deacon Jones had way more sacks than games played. They just didnt record sacks as a stat back then.
