Good morning to all this PHINE Sunday morning. I have been up moving around this morning and feeling pretty good. Trying to get some much needed house cleaning done. Listening to some good tunes while getting it done. Just wanted to say good morning to all. Hope all are feeling well. I even got the plants watered this morning. Some of them may not make it these next thirty some odd weeks. :-) Two plants got left outside and they sure did not make it. I just did not feel the same way about my spider plant since I watered it and three baby wrens flew out. Or attempted to.. That was back this summer. NEway, I hope all have a great week. I have not been posting a lot lately. To all the new pholks WELCOME and to all GOOD DAY

Carol, glad you are having a good morning. Pretty day here. Supposed to be 56* today, 70* tomorrow and mid week highs in the 30s and 40s. Makes it feel a little more like Christmas when it's not so warm.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day and week.

Warm howdys to ALL from balmy New Hampster. It's a whooping 40 degrees this phine sunny day. A beautiful last ditch attempt of Mother Nature defying Old Man Winter. With snow on the ground already I think it's a losing battle...sweetie.
No rescue at any forgotten left outside plants here. Taps at sunset for them. We spent the rest of the afternooon picking up and organizing "things" in our yard that I did'nt want to dig up later. I also fired up the snow plow truck, made sure everything was Aok tip top running shape and parked it for later. Not much later...I'm afraid.
Tonight into Monday we are expecting one heck of a 'Noreaster snowstorm. The wifey and kidlets are out enjoying the local cinema expecting calcellation of school activities tomorrow....life is good. The tunes on the stereo are ROCKIN!!!!!

Winter..2 days away.
Bring it on

Well, here I am in wonderful snowy Richmond, Va. YES, I SAID SNOWY!!!! :-) :-)

....this is pretty cool, seeing how it's the first we've seen of the white stuff this year.
We usually don't get a whole lot around here ( maybe twice a year, 3 times at most), so we kind of enjoy it when it comes.
Some of us do that is. Let me say, the transplanted northerners know how to deal with it, but it's funny as shit watching these southerners start "freaking out" when we get 1/2 inch on the ground. Generally, within 2 hours the stores are sold out of bread & milk, and by tomorrow you won't be able to find a snow shovel or a bag of ice-melt in the whole city!! I get a kick out of it every year. Since I was raised in Rochester, N.Y., Buffalo, N.Y., Boston, Mass., and mainly Cleve., Ohio.....I think I know a little about snow (LOL)!

Well, I'm gonna head out in a bit in my 4x4 1/2 ton Chevy Suburban 87' and kick it into 4-wheel drive and have me some fun!! WooooHoooooo....
I'll be thinkin about you
all in sunny California & Hawaii......hahahaha :-)

Glad to hear 18 done. I will be glad when I can say any away! Soon.
Hope you all keep cozy tonite.
