jpgr1Greetings Phellow Zoners

A Day in the Life

I read the news today,oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well,I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car
He did'nt notice that the lights just changed
A crowd of people stood and stared
They'd seen his face before
Nobody was really sure
If he was from the house of Lords

I saw the film today oh,boy
The English Army, had just won the war
A crowd of people turned away
But I just had to look
having read the book
I'd love to turn you on

Woke up got out of bed
dragged a comb across my head
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup
And looking up I noticed I was late
Found my coat and dragged my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
Somebody spoke and I went into a dream
Ah

I read the news today oh,boy
Four thousand holes in Blackborn,Landcashire
And though the holes were rather small
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes
It took to fill The Albert Hall
I'd love to turn you on
Shot 21 a few hours ago.Went to work for overtime. They are working 15 hours shifts but I worked seven and got treated good. Although I'm tired. They have hundreds of employees,it's loud, everyone looks as toasted as me and its cold and dank.So what thats nothing at least it's better than not working.I've come back after being out for weeks without pay.For this I have gratitude for all my support everywhere.I did have to reach out a lot to everyone who cares about me.Alone I would be a basket case. For this I have gratitude!!!!
I feel like homemade shit(thanks Fugs) but I know this too shall pass. For this I'm grateful!
Did my shot and took a hot bath to relax and get my blood circulating. Then ate and took my Ribavarin. At least I can take a bath. I was at a support group last week and talking to a guy who cleared the virus in jail during a three year bid. He was doing phine but imagine doing this in the joint. It's always DOABLE but imagine having to sleep with one eye open for three years with 48 weeks of Pegintron. I pale in comparrison and our higher power will never give us anything we can't handle. To come to believe this is a blessing. For this I have gratitude.
I was gonna try to go out for dinner and baled out. I have gratitite that I have been blessed with a bit of wisdom to learn my limits on TX.It gets better. That is not misinformation but a proven fact. For this I'm grateful.
I'm listening to Bringing it All Back Home by Mr. Bob Dylan. I'm always getting stuff in my mailbox, cds,St George medals etc from you all. For my phamily on the zone I have gratitude. So I'm raging on Riba, thinking happy thoughts and ths is how I cope. Theres a light at the end of this tunnel. Peace and serenity to all from Rob.

jy
Hi gang Riba rage part 3

In the 70's when this song came out(after my rooftop act caught up with me) my first wife Karen(G-d rest her soul) told me that this piece of art by Mr. John Lennon was written for me. She brought me to my first support group, nursed me back to health after a long nasty run of dispair. She was a person with great insight and wisdom. She could read people in a second. She was very tough and streetwise from Hells Kitchen in Manhattan. She was also a gentle hippie to the bone. But she did'nt make it herself. I guess G-d will only give you what you can handle. Bless her and all my sweeties(hostages) that I know and have known. I did'nt listen but mama tried. Thanks sweeties.( a teardrop but with happiness and gratitude) We all shine on and WE WILL SURVIVE!

Instant Karma

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you right in the head
You better get yourself together
Pretty soon your gonna be dead
What in the world you're thinking of
Laughing in the face of love
It's up to you,yeah you

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you right in the face
Better get yourself together darlin'
Join the human race
How in the world you gonna see
Laughin' at fools like me
Who in the hell d'you think you are
A super star
Well,right you are

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Well we all shine on
Ev'ryone come on

Instant Karma's gonna get you
Gonna knock you off your feet
Better recognize your brothers
Ev'ryone you meet
Why in the world are we here
Surely not to live in pain or fear
Why on earth are you here
When your ev'rywhere
Come and get your share

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
Come on and on and on on on
Yeah yeah,alright,uh huh,ah

Well we all shine onLike the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
On and on and on on and on

Well we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Like the moon and the stars and the sun
Yeah we all shine on
Like the moon and the stars and the sun

Some food for my brain to process. It's all good in the hood and soon I'm gonna start writting original stuff. Maybe I'll go to school, take a English major and be a teacher-writter when I retire from the human zoo where I'm employeed.
Peace Rob

This sure has been a pleasureable bus ride together. I'm downright privileged and honoured to share it with you. Let's break out the buffing compound and chrome polish and get that 'ole reliable bus good and ready for the big parade.......

Rob hang in there. It has been a great trip on this bus. Hey, aren't you the driver? Who is going to take over the duty? I can't leave the smoking section... Plus I have been told I scare the shit out of most folks. Knock on wood, i have not had an accident in years and never a bad one. Now, them curbs and speeding issues, that is another thang. you guys take care.
