Hi, everybody. I pray that you all have a good holiday and a healthy, happier '05. I have several freebies to offer you all, and I have several copies of each. Pick one, put your tag/name next to it, and e-mail me with your mailing address. Hopefully, I can get these all out in the mail this weekend and in your hands shortly for the holidays.

I looked for things new to circulation:

1. Led Zeppelin mpeg videos - 4 fragments on one disc (~63 minutes total)(the concert fragments are audience shot, and were completely new to me so they can't be well distributed):

2. Same:

3. Same:

4. Bob Dylan - Kenosha, WI 10/30/04:

5: Same:

6. Disc 3 of The Velvet Underground's "Caught Between The Twisted Stars" set, which contains:
Sweet Sister Ray (La Cave, Cleveland, Ohio, April 28, 1968), Sister Ray (The Boston Tea Party, Boston, Massachusetts, March 15, 1969), Hey Mr. Rain (Wembley Arena, London, June 6, 1993), Heroin (La Cave, Cleveland, Ohio, April 28, 1968):

7. Same:

8. Same:

Nine freebies for nine people. But you'll have to search for one. These are meant only for the members of this forum.

Disc 3 of the Velvet Underground...
I've always loved the Velvet Underground, and I used to go to La Cave back in the daze, I heard the irreplaceable Dave Van Ronk there, and Paul Butterfield Blues Band, I can still see his hands around that harmonica. It would be a rare treat to have this Velvet Underground recording. Thank-you, Fran

And, yeah, Heroin used to be my theme song. It is still an outstanding piece of music. I only stopped wishing I was born a thousand years ago, when I realized there's no way I could live without photography. Peace!

Maria... Thank you and your welcome...have you listened to "The Driver" (It's on Great Big Boy) yet ? And did you stick a puzzle in here ...Whats the hidden disc?...

You're welcome, both of you.

I did listen, M. The disc is a gem. And it has a Margo Timmins cameo too, from Cowboy Junkies, so that makes it priceless. Very different from the typical guitar and nothing else cds he's made. Thanks.

And yes, there is a puzzle, and you can access or find it anywhere I appear.

Thank-you!!! I was in Cleveland over Christmas, and when I got back, the disc was among my mail being held at the post office. It was so eerie, listening to the Velvet Underground live, out of the past. Turns out my little brother was at that show at La Cave in 1968... I love this music, many thanks, Peace and Love, from Fran
