Undetectable!
Thought you guys would like to know I'm unf'ingdetectable at week 12. All my liver functions are normal. I always got teary eyed reading the posts with that sweet word and, hoping and praying that I would be able to say it. I don't want to say it to loudly, because it still a long way to go, but the light at the end of the tunnel got a lot brighter.

All the new pholks- are you listening? Especially you lucky dogs with genotypes 2 or 3, you would be halfway home at this point.
Tx is NOT a cakewalk, but you can do it and there's a lotta good life during tx, as well as after.

PEACE to YOU and YOUR FAMILY.
Thanks everyone!
Who's next?
Hortkie's coming up in January. By the way, the 10 day wait for the results is torture.
Breaking news:
I have received a blessing from a higher authority. That's right, from Admiral Budley. He said the East Coast is worthy of a Hep Kat Kruise East Coast Style, if and only if Mack is 1st Mate and the fridge is stocked with water and the minimum of 1 quart of ice cream per shipmate. Anyone interested in sailing the northern Chesapeake Bay next spring?
Hey, I recall seeing a picture of a phine power vessel down south. Perhaps there may be a Hep Kat Kruise Southern Style???
Any other vessels out there?
Bill
I'll supply the ice cream!!!!
Rob
LOVE THAT PIC!!!!
I go for my 12 week test tomorrow.
Looking to hear that lovely word myself.
Peace groovers
Southern cruise sounds exciting

Excellent News Cap't Bill.....most EXCELLENT NEWS!!!!
Yes-siree bob, that "ole" cruise southern-style sounds like a cool thing to me. I'm sure we could line up a fleet of crew members right off the bat. Lookin at Major Domo, Rob, Gary, Michelle, Michael, Stephen, JR, NY Jim,Chicago Jim, Susan, Jody, Bluetrain, Mack, maybe talk Kev into slippin on over here to the Chesepeake Bay, recruit a few others along the way like Donna
in Joisey. Might as well get Auggie down here, and fly in Margot from Kansas. Yeah, while were at it, we'll get Janet & Claudia, and Budley to shoot over from the Islands, and maybe "ole" Bird will even strap on the cowboy boots and do the Jethro routine for us. Of course Randall & Fran will have to represent the Buckeye state, and as long as Kevin is coming he can bring Tom along with him (LOL)!! Is the ship full yet? Heck
no.....we got to cram a few more on, cause Matt is gonna want to join along as well!! Rumor has it that Walt & Kimberly could fly in, and before it's all over well hell.....everyone is invited right. There's Bruce, and Jack, and Rose, and Shelly. Then there's Bob & Carol, and Ted & Alice ( no wait, that's a movie from the 70's....hahahaha!) Daniel & Sami could easily hitchhike across the country, and bring Mark & Llary and Bear along with them. We can't
forget the lurkers.....so everyone out there listening ( St. George, Ru, Pelle,Headlight, and many, many more.
Well, of course we'll have to rent out some more ships, and at least one floor at the Beacon for the ABB shows. Who am I forgetting.....damn it? I know there's another Brigade member or two, but my brain fog is setting in again ( hell, who am I trying to kid, there's no way I could remember everyone's name here, all the loved ones we all care for. It's just when you sit there and try your mind goes blank (LOL)!!)....so I better get some shut-eye. Been staying up till 2 or 3 am every
night lately, trying to do my best Mark imitation, but I really need to get back on somewhat of a "normal" routine", whatever that may mean? Hahahaha!!
No, seriously.....I really don't think there is any help for me, so I'm going to leave it up to Rob to figure all this shit out, and configure some details on the "2nd Annual Hep-Kats & Kittens Beacon Run, Re-Union" get together.
Let me know what ya'll think, eh?
happyface i see a happy face
Invite the Dead - Be grateful phun.
I lived in Lafayette, La. for a yr in the seventies. I would love to go down to Morgan City for a little Bayou cruise. Shrimp, Crawfish, Jumbalaya, Gumbo, some of the nicest people in the world(wish I could understand what they're all saying).
And Tom's Party boat looks pretty good to me.
PEACE, Mark
Good luck, Susan, on your' 12 weeker. I get results from 24 weeker when I get back home Tuesday.
PEACE, Mark
Gotta do shot 25 tonight before I crash.
"Have Works, Will Travel"
Kinda like that,"Have Works, Will Travel" thing. Kind of a warrior saying eh? Sounds like a graphic arts project. Now if I only had the slightest bit of artistic talent. Oh well.
PEACE
I remember that day, at 12 weeks when I was told I was undie, wow what a feeling! Enjoy Bill, and may the next 36 weeks, fly by for you.
Congrats,
Mck
Good news Bill, Hope this will be smooth sailing for you, and the spring to come, PEACE Rose
Now, Joyce, I have no recollection of your having told us that you were undetectable.
All together, now:
HUZZAY, HUZZAY, HUZZAY!!!
Jim
Not too far from Chesapeak..let me know. If you need somwhere to stay on road trip get in touch!
Always have room for a Phriend!
Good luck Susan, Mark, and Hortkie with your pcr. What A great Christmas present! Ha, and my brother told me there is no Santa.
Uh Martino, slow down a little, the boat isn't that large. Well maybe its time for a bigger boat. Maybe you should tell my wife, I still have bruises from the last time I brought up that subject. I'll try to post a picture of the boat this weekend. That probably means Mark should expect an email from me for resizing.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Bill
Congratulations Bill! Just keep on keepin' on down that good road. And Joyce! And what a boat ride that would be, with a boat phul of us all... Peace
SEnd it on, Bill. I'll take care of it when I get home.
PEACE, Mark
Cap'n Bill..first mate Mack reporting for duty...my first of which will be a Howdy Doodie to all who board you fine vessel. I will be stocking it with a variety of the finest Ben and Jerrys, don't worry about that. Ahh the Chesapeake....a fine body of water to set sail on...count me in...ummmm fresh crab!..peace...mack
You're in luck Mack, there just happens to be a place that has tasty crabs in the back and blues in the front.
There is something to do in the spring that is more phun than sailing. That would be spring commissioning of the boat. We could get everyone together and swab the deck, wash and wax the hull, paint the bottom, change the oil, there should be a law against having so much phun. We can send Martino up the mast to be sure there is no friggin in the riggin. What do you think? Sound like more fun than sailing to me.
Uh, um.....er, yeah, what the hell why not!!
I'm all for a little hard work & fun mixed, as long as the company is right, and it sounds as though that would be a blast with this rag-tag group of old and restless hippies (LOL)! Well, that is generally speaking I guess, since I'm sure there are a few young whipper-snappers among us. For the most part I think most of the Hep-Kats & Kittens around here are 30+, but anyway that's getting away from the point at hand again.
Check out the mast to see that there is no "friggin in the riggin", eh? I'm sure I could handle it, but admitting that I'm not "the old man of the Sea".....I'm going to need an explanation of exactly what that task might be Capt. Bill? I'm almost afraid to ask...... but I've always been an adventurous soul, so I'm up for it whatever it may be!!
Swab the decks.....Matey, and let's take her out for a sail. ( or what would the appropiate saying be?)
Just kidding Martin, there will be none of that on my watch. There will be plenty of music, crabs, ice cream, good company and lots of relaxing. Sailing is the best all natural stress reliever. Without sailing my head would have exploded like that chess player, that Dave told us about.
sounds like fun to me! hey bill, where in philly are you? i will be hanging in west chester for a spell over the holidays. have a really good one!
take care!
Hey Llary, I live North East of West Chester about a 45 minute drive. If you need a break from your visit, let me know. I'll be back in town on the 28th.
