MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM HEAVEN
alot of you may not know I haven't posted in awhile, I was called to the hospital at midnight 2 saturday's ago, that my Grandma was in bad shape with a bad infection following a hip surgery, a flesh eating infection to be excact. I spent every day there. She passed away last saturday, her funeral was this last thursday, my dad had to go to out pt for a procedure, I had time to kill so i went to pick up my RX and checked out the hospital gift shop, different hospital to where Grandma was. This is what I found and made me think she was with me and made me feel better, here it goes-
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM HEAVEN
I still hear the songs
I still see the lights
I still feel your love
on cold wintery nights
I still share your hopes
and all of your cares
I'll even remind you to please say your prayers
I just want to tell you
you still make me proud
You stand head and shoulders above all the crowd
Keep trying each moment to stay in his grace
I came here before you to help set your place
You don't have to be perfect all of the time
He forgives you the slip
If you continue the climb
To my friends and family please be thankful today
I'm still close beside you in a new spiecial way
I love you all dearly now don't shed a tear
Cause I'm spending my
Christmas with Jesus this year
Rose that's a sweet poem. I'm gonna copy it and give it to my kids,in memory of my Dad and other loved ones that they have lost. Thanks Peace
Some rise, some fall, some climb
I think God has a plan for sure when i read that! it was setting in a 8x10 frame of gold in a out of the way place and the only one! I use to spend alot of time there killing time before, now that I'm starting tx i will remember how proud of my Grandma I was when she said she will be alright, after all the surgerys she's gone through my Grandma was tough, I will remember her telling me this about a year ago and a friend of mine and he got tears in his eyes he was growing old and starting retirement, I bet that will always stick with him through the rest of his days, Be strong all of you on TX or just begining like myself, PEACE Rose

I forgot to say I found this 2 days after she passed and i took to the funeral home and sat it on a table by her with 4 little christmas candels 2 white and 1 green and 1 red, it was very pretty and I also read that at the funeral in church, Glad to pass this on Rob, I hope it makes your children feel better too. It's about alot of faith and hope, when Grandma told my friend "she said just remember when you get older you stay strong" shaking her head and gritting her teeth, she meant every bit of what she was saying! now comes tomarrow I will remember and get myself well. PEACE Rose
