This last week in the dallas/fort worth area the pbs channel has been showing parts of the Eric Clapton concert that was at here at the cotton bowl this past summer. I have enjoyed it very much. I had to say who in the hell were these little youngesters, John Mayer and who was that? somebody Randolph? Very talented. I had to say damn, to be 23-25 years old and be asked to join that list of great artist !!!! Randolph may not be that young, but I looked up that little Mayer. I had to laugh. I just found out the NHL was on strike. Who the hell is this little Jessica Simpson and where did she come from?? I still think of Bart's sister when I hear that name. Oh, well. not upset about missing out on the little jessica girl, sad about the NHL, glad I discovered the two new guys and no problem with sleeping most of this time away.

Lauree got me the DVD for my birthday. Tom and I sure had a good time that weekend at Crossroads.

Saw some of it last night, John Mayer and the Robert Randolph family band impressed me too...I thought John Mayer was a Dave Matthews clone...NOT..hes a pretty creative guitar slinger...think I'll get the DVD myself!...gald to hear your sleeping good...peace...mack
