After a month of waiting to hear from Vertex Corporation, they contacted me. I have some sites for this new drug. I read about it on one of Mack's updates back in November. I believe they are developing this Vx 950 or 650 to attack the disease...not everything else in our body. They are starting another clinical study for those of us who have not had success in the past. You can see what is coming up at www.metrotrial.com. The new drug is merimepodib. They also suggested www.clinicaltrials.gov. Their own site is www.vtx.com to keep up to date with their research etc.

Michelle, I haven't had a chance to read the lit I received from the heap big doc the other day, but merimepodib is one of my options. Hopefully this weekend I'll get a chance to read the literature, and pass along the info to you fine folks.

New stuff all the time and that is a good thing.

I will be talking to my Doc on Tues when get second round of Immunizations. There are many treatments being researched in Asia. It seems that Asia has many more cases on File(that is the key). I hope that Europe and Asia keeps their ____ together and fights the disease without giving the rest of our body, minds the War. I type to fast...I am going to be a virgin(Tx) so I will not be up for trial on Vx. But I am still gonna push for the other inhibitors out there vs Riba. I'll know more later this week.
