Its so beautiful and seeing it on video gives me a new respect for it

ya the only problem is the documentary cuts all though funny take away from the performances momentum. But u have to take into consideration that as a movie the producers didnt want to bore some semi fans which is a good marketing stradegy although upseting to some dead heads. Face it not everyone wants to sit through an 18 minute eyes.

Yeah they shoulda included the full Eyes in the bonus footage (although not at the expense of any of the footage they DID provide, I ain't really complaining here).

Absolutely one of my favourite versions. Though I love Mickey and what he brought to the band in both the early days and the post-retirement ones, there was a lightness and freedom that I don't think they ever captured again once he rejoined. To have only been able to see them live during those days with the Wall of Sound...

That Eyes is da schnizzit. I think Jerry edited it beautifully...and trippily (it's a word - i heard it at a show!!)
