man it's been along time since these characters have been around.

psychic tv or ptv3 as they are calling themselves these days is somewhat different than the old ptv3 which was supposed to a more of a tribal unit replete with tibetan bowls alas there was none of this in this version, but who cares?

also gone is alaura aka mistress mix and the 6 analog tape decks-but that's more old news from a different time.

ok, so it's a completely different unclean band now and once again fronted by the charming charmer esoterrorist Genesis P'Orridge. who's had some body modifications since that last time I've seen him--the most obvious being b-cup implants and solid gold teeth. the former helping his glide into pandrogyne with his new partner the lithe lady jaye breyer p'orridge.

this is more a stripped down version of psychic tv but full band nonetheless and quite to its credit less industrial/computerish more immediate psychedelic '60s garage.
