I just rediscovered this site. Kimock has all sorts of official SBD d/l's here with samples, some in (24 bit)!?! All the new Halloween. Entire festivals in SDB. Other bands. Cool site.

Cisco, did you hear how those Halloween shows were? That was a pretty cool lineup with Robert Walter in the mix.

I have to get that Pittsburgh show from this fall. That was one hell of a show.

No - I haven't heard the Halloween shows. I was checking out the samples. Sounds very Zero like. I'm kind of out of touch with Kimock. I haven't seen a show or collected a cd in over a year.

Got any suggestions for a d/l?

9/23/04 Pittsburgh and 7/9/04 were both really hot shows. I haven't gotten any Kimock cd's lately either but I do plan on getting those downloads at some point.

I went on the Kimock discussion board today and asked for suggestions. The reply -

"Try the State Bridge Lodge show from Bond Colorado. Sometime in May of 2004. Awesome show at a cool venue. The place was a beer garden stage on a river burried in the Rockies West of Vail. There were some tracks running by the place and during Tongue n' Groove you may be able to hear the Casey whistle, moanin' sweet and low as a freight train rolled by about fifty yards from the stage. Great recordings of some of Steve's best tone to date IMHO. Great song selection and delivery too."

I just d/l'ed the latest SKB one. Very nice.

dude, the archive has KILLER kimock DL's.

if you like the way those SBD's sound you should try the AUD gems up on the archive. look for anything that says the mics were on-stage....or anything seeded by my buddy dan heend. i like those AUD's better then the boards....you gotta hear them!
