Was a really good, well played show.
Highlights abounded, espically in Set II.
The highlight for me was the Tall Cool One stuff. The transitions were excellent and flawless.
I did not see anyone taping, but there was some chatter that Bruce taped it for a new live CD. Saw the mics on stage so we shall see.
I liked all the new tunes, and though he did an excellent job of mixing up old and new.
Was interactive as usual and even had a 7 year old boy come on stage and listen to him do a song. The boy bailed but his mother stayed up there.
Only played one song on Accordion. (Pete and Manny)
Have seen him more than any other band except one.
I was impressed as usual with his keyboard talent. He always blows me away.
If you are into Bruce at all you should try to catch this tour.
Peace.
Correction
Encore I: Candy Mountain Run off of Halcyon Days.
amen, despite what some idiots say, hornsby is the man
Matty, I'm a fan, but you're not going to change some peoples' minds, so maybe you want to give it a rest, huh?
my fight for my male lover is relentless ;-)
by the way...the encore was Candy Mountain Run
By the way, I already updated that.
no johnny, you still have it called "rollin and tumblin"...no need to get a bitchy attitude dude
Matt
Guess I was just irked at the fact that I made the correction in the next post. It was too late to correct it in the original post.
My bad.
no prob...sorry dude i wasn't reading carefully, my bad too, peace
Wish I could have done Bruce at the Carpenter AND the Mule Mosque show. Landmark Theatre---ARRRRGH
Johnny --we be goin' to Cali
ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw Bruce lastnight in Buffalo...
Great show.. as usual.
Lastnight he was taking pictures with a disposable camera of the people dancing on stage and his security people were dancing with president masks on. There was Nixon, Carter, and there was a Kerry one also--we'll see!
He played an amazing I Know You Rider and the best White Wheeled Limousine I've heard yet.
He didn't play my request though
